Zak Yitro was born in Dublin, Ireland in 1987, and currently lives in Jerusalem, Israel. He studied Photographic Communications at Hadassah Academic College between 2010-2014.

In addition to his accomplishments as a conceptual artist, Zak has experience in the fields of commercial and portrait photography, graphic design, and art education. His work has been exhibited widely in both single and group exhibitions, and he has run art workshops for groups of diverse ages and backgrounds.

Over the past decade, he has developed a unique drawing technique that has become his visual signature, combining elements of mandala drawing, info-graphics and symbolic geometry to communicate intricate concepts.

He recently completed a three-month speaking tour in the USA, during which he presented the conceptual background of his mandala series.
